How Does It Work?
Step 1
Bring your jewelry to any of our participating locations. One of our jewelry experts will examine your piece, note the needed repairs, and provide you with an estimate.
Step 2
We’ll prepare a detailed repair receipt with a full description of your item. You’ll receive a copy for your records.
Step 3
Repairs are typically completed within 14 days. As soon as your piece is ready, we’ll give you a call so you can pick it up and wear it with confidence once again.
